Bhoomipujan Ceremony of Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissionerate

The Bhoomipujan ceremony of the state-of-the-art Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissionerate Building was held today at the hands of Hon’ble Chief Minister and Home Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister of Pune District, Shri Ajit Pawar and other dignitaries. The upcoming Commissionerate Headquarters will house key police units such as the Special Branch, Crime Branch, Women’s Assistance Unit, Senior Citizens’ Desk, Wireless Control Room, War Room, CCTV Room, Social Media Lab, and several other critical administrative and support sections — reflecting a vision of modern, integrated, and citizen-centric policing.
